Unable to Verify the Software Publisher

An error message appears when I try to connect a webpage from side of client.

I have no idea what I shall do and total surprised with the issue.

Unable to Verify the Software Publisher

I guess you are using Internet Explorer, IE blocks any install of unverified software, to solve this problem, open IE, go to tools->Internet options->Security push the 'custom level' button, then make sure that this setting are set to ON

• Run ActiveX and plug-ins
• Download Signed ActiveX Control
• Script ActiveX controls marked as safe for scripting

and then put these to Prompt-OFF

• Download unsigned ActiveX Control
• Initialize and script ActiveX controls not mark as safe

Unable to Verify the Software Publisher

That occurrence of a problem is because of the following reasons:

• The program that you are using to access the client side of the web page has reached its expiry date; its license has expired.
• In case  the program uses a digital signature, then it has expired.

The workaround for the above issues will be as follows:

• Renew the license of the application, or obtain a new similar application to continue using it. About obtaining the license, you will need to visit the company's website or contact their customer support.
• In case the problem is because of an expired digital signature, then you will have to renew the digital signature of the program.

Hi i have downloaded ActiveX and some plugins. It did solve my problem. Thank you so much for the help.
