An unexpected error occurred with OCS DataGard

Hello,

I was currently using OCSheild Software and entered the all login details to activate my account but at the end of step I received this weird error message. The error showed “An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later”. What should I do now? I have tried this process multiple times but received the same error. Please provide any resolution. Any help would be appreciated.

To manage your OCShield account – renew upgrade or request license cancellation – as well as view or change your OCShield account details, go to your dedicated secure online Client Area (opens in your internet browser).

An unexpected error occurred with OCS DataGard

Hi,
      If the software is unable to receive the real-time information about your account, temporarily this error will appear. Try later or go directly into your dedicated secure online Client area to access the same information. Its important to check the internet connection. Close to exit the account and return to main menu of the OCshield.
