Unexpected Error System.Null Reference Exception

When I go to the second load balanced server I received an error message which you can see at below:

Problem: Unexpected Error System.NullReferenceException.

At Xceed.SmartUI.SmartControl.OnMouseMove(MouseEventArgs e)

At Xceed.SmartUI.SmartControl.WnMouseMove(Message& m)

At Xceed.SmartUI.SmartControl.WndProc(Message& m)

At Xceed.SmartUI.SmartControl.OnMessage(Message& m)

Exit Application View Log Continue

Unexpected Error System.Null Reference Exception

 

Hi there,

I have read the question of yours identified the problem causes because of the software version. When software’s will work for some time and after few days it will start giving this error because some virus may infected or problem with version. You can try two ways of solving this issue

1st Try re-installing your software

2nd Download the latest version or the degraded version and install it
