Unexpected exception when attempting to activate matlab

Hi guys

When attempting to activate my MATLAB Student Version I receive the following error:

The error says:

There was an unexpected exception:

null

See the log file                  

(/var/folders/iU/iUA3MaX+HwOROOOXAYziZK+++TI/-Tmp-/aws_joeuser.Iog) for details.

I don’t know what is causing this error. Can anyone please guide me how can I remove it. Waiting anxiously for your suggestions

Unexpected exception when attempting to activate matlab

Hello Daniel,

To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:

• You will need to open Control Panel and then Region and Language.
• After that change the default "Format" or Languages tab to US English and Apply changes.
• And then log out and reboot the computer to save the changes.
• Try activating sing the new language.
• You will need to wait until the process finishes, and then change the language back to your preferred setting.
