Hi there,
After successfully installing my v5.0.0 program, I get an “Unexpected License Error” message when I try to open the program. I am using Windows 7 and I have a new 64-bit computer. Can anyone help me please to fix this Error ?
Thank you !

If you are using Windows Vista, you should be able to install it. Unless you are using an old version then that would be a problem. It’s possible that you have installed a version that doesn’t support your operating system. Check the system requirements of your current version to verify that your computer meets the requirements.
Activating an application doesn’t normally require installing or running another program for the activation that’s why the installation will not be modified. Activation only requires entering of the activation code and you should have an internet connection. Check your internet connection. Open a website using your web browser and verify your connection. Once verified, start Thayer Birding again and try activating it.
If you still get a similar error, try updating the application to the latest version. Visit Thayer Birding Software 4.5.1 for Windows. It requires Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. 1 GB RAM is required to run the software. Just activate it once the new version is installed.
