Hello experts

This "unexpected problem" error interrupted the full scan. I need to solve it. Please help me to solve it.

Hello Theresa,

If you are running other programs on your computer when the scanning process if continuing I will recommend that you stop them or just close them so that the scanning process is not interrupted.

• Close all other programs that are running on your computer.
• Restart your computer to refresh the settings.
• And then restart the scanner and see if it will work well after that.

If the error still persists, the problem could be with the application itself. It could be having bugs that are preventing the process from running successfully. If that is the case, you will need to uninstall the application and the reinstall it to get rid of the bugs.

This “unexpected problem” error interrupted the full scan

You can just close and stop the scan and try to restart your computer. This can help your computer problem. The errors while scanning the computer are okay and simple.
