I was running SocialBot on my PC with Vista when randomly I got this error message below. I clicked the Continue button but nothing happened and the software exited. I rerun SocialBot but the same error happened. Should I re-install SocialBot? What will happen to my bookmarks then? Please assist. Thanks in advance.
SocialBot 4.1

Unhandled exception error when running SocialBot
Hi TonySilver,
The program is looking for a particular file that is why it threw an exception. It a bug on that software because it's an uncaught exception. You can click on the Details button to see what file the application is looking for. You can advise from the software's support team regarding that issue but if they have new version or patch go ahead download and install it. If you can find a way to save your bookmarks before uninstalling apply it. Try installing the same version of that software in another system with another OS, say, Windows 7 or XP and see if the same problem arise again.
I hope it helps.
Unhandled exception error when running SocialBot
If your program triggered an exception error, restart your computer then try again. If this doesn’t work, restart your computer using the last known good configuration option then see if the program works. Restart the computer then press F8 before the Windows logo appears. In “Advanced Boot Options” screen, scroll down and select “Last known good configuration” then hit Enter.
After booting, start the affected program then see if it works. If this doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall the program. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo then select SocialBot among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds.
This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, close Revo then install SocialBot back. If the problem continues, try updating the program to the latest. If the program is a trial version, check and verify if the trial period is not expired.
