Hello People,

We are having issues with DrawPlus application. This started on my mom’s PC, and now I’m having the same error on my computer.

 It says something about document being corrupted when we save files. Please let me know.

An unhandled exception occurred in DrawPlus. The document could now be corrupt, it is recommended that you do not overwrite any existing files when attempting to save.

Please re-start the application.

sorry to hear about your the problem on both pc`s that could be very frustrating. this is a general problem with this application. have you tried to update by going to help-software update.

what you also can try when you get this message with a formerly saved file, find the back file with the same name in the same directory. you can rename it but the previous saved information will be lost. if that is not helping try contacting the vendor @ serif.com. it is a known issue so they can help you.
