Lanrev is in fact a former version of Absolute Manage which is a network management software developed by Absolute Software. (Before when it was called Lanrev it was an asset of the Pole Position Software GmbH.) Absolute Manage and Lanrev both uses an agent to track your networking etc. Only person that can change the settings about these software are the managers of your network who installed the software on your device. You need to apply to your system or network administrator about this issue.

If you are a network administrator managing a network by using this software you need to enter your managing user interface which is supplied to you by the distributor of the software and then disable tracking with this software. There you will also find an option about removing the software. You may use this if it is what you need.

If you don’t know about all these things and if it is your personal computer (not a computer given by your company etc.) then simply mail to the software developer about this situation.
