The following error occurs when I try to purchase something from my iPhone or iPad.
Does anyone know the possible reason for not getting charged?

Did you change your password before? If you did, then you have to go to "Settings" and click on the app icon. You should sign out & sign in again. Then you will be prompted to verify your credit card & you will be able to purchase apps again.

This has something to do with the following factors: internet connection speed, the product online, and your card itself. First, be sure to have an uninterrupted internet connection when buying online. An interruption during the process could lead to this error. Second, the product location online might have been moved or changed by the time this happened. Lastly, for security reason or card option that you have had, your card might block the said purchase online.
