An unknown error occurred while Sync my iPod

Hi experts,

I received an unknown error message while Sync my iPod. I have spent many hours for searching solution to fix this weird error message but I can’t find a resolution. Do you know about this error? Suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks.

An unknown error occurred while Sync my iPod

Hi,

Sorry to hear about your problem, This problem normally happens after updating Itunes to 9.0.3 or higher! You can try the following to see if you can fix this!

1: First eject the ipod then disconnect from the Pc

2: launch Itunes

3: Play a protected song from Itunes.

4: then connect your Ipod and try again!
