Unknown error occurred while tracking email via CRM outlook client

Hi TechyV buddies!
I am having some problem with CRM 2011 Outlook client. I have installed it correctly and found nothing wrong after installing it. My contacts were updated and it works well without any issue popping out.
However, when I tried to track an email using CRM, an error appeared. The error is this:
“An unknown error occurred while synchronizing data to Outlook.”.
I have tried to check what this problem was by checking the log directory. However, I found nothing suspicious on it. And so, I opened the diagnostic tool of CRM 2011 outlook client and enabled the tracing.
I had to get more information about the issue so I tried tracking an email again and end up getting the same error. I did not find anything suspicious or maybe I don’t know how to locate the error so I am asking for help to anyone.
I have also tried to find any solution in the web but I found nothing. Can you please help me locate the problem to this issue? I will greatly appreciate the effort. Thank you!
