Unlock Your Huawei E583C wireless error

Hello all,

I have been trying to unlock my huawei wireless pointer to connect to any network worldwide, but it results in an error.

The screenshot of the error is attached below:

The message states:

cardLock_UnLock

Open port failed!

I am using windows XP OS. Any idea how can this be solved? I'll be looking forward to your suggestions.
