Hello community,

I am receiving the following error message when use the same username and Password' that’s work with other PC.

Unpredictable error occurs: -2147217865([Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'US')

Execute Error

Do you want to quite (the database will be closed properly)?

Yes No

Please, can anyone help me? Thanks in earlier.

Unpredictable Error occurs – 2147217865

Hi Alexander Mitchell,

Thanks for sharing your problem with us, this error comes in action when the FRx Data Source is not pointing to the correct Ross database. To solve this problem please follow the following steps:

1. Open SQL Server Enterprise Manager.

2. Now Expand the Databases.

3. Click on the Security Folder and then Click Logins.

4. Select the user that is trying to log into Microsoft FRx. Right-click and then select Properties.

5. In the General Tab, make sure the Database selected is the Ross Database that the user has appropriate database rights.
