Update for Apex Launcher couldn’t be downloaded due to an error 921

Hello experts,

I was trying to update the Apex Launcher App from the Google Play Store but an error message appeared during the downloading this app. I restarted the Play Store to download this app but the same error message displayed. How can I solve this problem? Is this a problem with my Google account? I really need your suggestion to resolve this matter.

Hi Thomas,

 

Regarding to your problem here are some ways to solve your problem:

• Delete the cookies for your device to avoid having this kind of error or other error that can possibly encounter. To do this just follow these instructions.

                Step 1: Go to your device Menu > Settings > Application

                Step 2: Select the Manage Application the click All.

                Step 3: Choose the Google Play Apps Store

                Step 4: Then clear all data and cache

• You can also try to use another account to update the application if you don't encounter the same error it means that your account has a problem so you have to make a new account to be able to download and update your apps.
• Try to use another device then install the application to that device to know if your device only encounters that problem.
