Updation Of Windows Gives Out 80244010 Error

The Error Code 80244010 is a Windows 10 activation error that occurs when the system upgrades from older Windows to Windows 10. It is not a critical system error that affects the ability to install or activate the operating system. Some ways to resolve the error code are as follows:

Remove files from the Download folder.

Go to the directed location C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and run the following command:

net stop wuauserv

Now, rename the folder of software distribution to old, then restart the Windows update service by running the following command:

net start wuauserv

Now, try to upgrade the system again.
