Upgrade windows server 2008 to r2

Hi, I am using Windows server 2008 but i think that there might be some other which are used is r2 so can any one help me to tell how to upgrade windows server 2008 to r2 server so that i can manage them easily. it will be very thankful to you.

Upgrade windows server 2008 to r2

If you have to upgrade your server 2008 to r2 you should follow the below steps and i think it will be helpful to you
First, you have to start the installation by clicking the install now button.
After that select the option to get the latest updates for installation by clicking on that option.
Now you have to select the appropriate version —i have installed server 2008 enterprise on my computer so that I will choose that. And then click next.
Accept the terms and then click next
Now there you will select the upgrade option. Go ahead and click on the selection. r2 is now going to run a compatibility checker. And after if you get any report about this that have to something needs to be improved or connected.you have to do that before continuing the upgrade
As my compatibility checker gave me a lot of warnings, but there is nothing major, so i will continue once you will ready so click the next button.
Now you have to wait for the upgrade to complete.
