URISTATUS Error when playing Crossfire

I am playing Crossfire on my Windows 7 PC when I received an error message “Global.cki download. (ERROR_URISTATUS).” I tried to uninstall the game and restarted it many times now but the error remains the same. I have also checked my internet connection but everything is fine and it has no error. Teach me how to resolve this. Thanks.

URISTATUS Error when playing Crossfire

To solve that problem, you will not need to fix anything to do with your connection for there is no problem with your computer. What you will need to do is the following:

• On your computer, you will need to click on start, and then choose My Computer followed by the primary hard drive, and then you will to go to C:Program FilesGameClubPhilippinesCrossFire.
• Once you are in that directory, you will need to scroll down and then you will need to locate patcher_cf2.
• That will automatically lead you to the patcher.
• Once you have done that, the problem should be solved and therefore you can resume playing Crossfire again.
