Dyalog is the major tool for the development of apl. This platform is very good for the development of APL. You can download it from http://dss.dyalog.com/apply.php?ltype=edu

You could also get it at https://www.dyalog.com/download-zone/unregistered.htm

If these links don’t work, or you aren’t satisfied with them, you could search the internet for a suitable site to download Dyalog.
