USB connection failed-using nokia pc suite

Hello,

I have been using Nokia pc suite for a while using USB cable, and so far it was working well.

Recently I am having a problem regarding connecting which I can not begin to solve. I have tried again and again, but nothing is happening. It is still showing the same message. Now I am in a serious predicament.

Please someone help me out of this problem.

 

Error:

Please connect your cable to the computer and your mobile phone to the cable.

Make sure that your phone is not security locked.

USB connection failed-using nokia pc suite

 

Hi evin , 

Firstly let me say , whenever you post questions here be precise and explain everything regarding your issue , The screenshot you provided is very low quality that i cant read the error you marked in circle. I guess you are having trouble with connecting you nokia sets with nokia Pc suite.

All you have to do is uninstall Nokia Pc suite :-

1. go to start and then control panel and add or remove programs (in windows XP) or Programs and feature s (in Windows 7).

2. find nokia PC suite and click uninstall wait until its done .

3. Restart Pc

4. Go to filehippo.com or any other trusted sites and download latest nokia pc suite and install it .

Problem solved.
