USB Pen Drive not working when inserted to USB ports

I am using my pen drive on my CPU's USB port.

This does not work or is just not detected. What could the problem be.

USB Pen Drive not working when inserted to USB ports

It may be a problem with your USB device and it is possible that it is not working and being detected on your computer due to some serious virus attacks.

You need to completely format it by connecting to another computer. If it is not working in the other computer also, then it is confirmed that your USB device is out of order.

You need to flash it or replace it with a new one. If it is working properly in other computers, then there may a fault with one of  your computer's USB  ports.

You need to consult a hardware specialist for its better solution.

USB Pen Drive not working when inserted to USB ports

Hi,

First, install the driver for pen drive  because it will not work if the driver was not installed properly. you may refer to device manual to help you install this device. After you do so, check your driver for USB port. This could also mean to affect the recognition of devices for USB ports. Try to look in the manual if the pen drive you are using is compatible with your current operating system or with its installed drivers.
