Use local FM radio channel with Nexus 5

I bought Nexus 5 last week and am quite disappointed to see that no app is available in it to play local FM music channel. Smaller phones of older ages used to be embedded with the radio feature and we could use it without the internet. But now what has happened? Why is Nexus not supporting such a feature? Please tell me now what options I have and if there is any way I can access FM?

Use local FM radio channel with Nexus 5

Nexus 5 hardware does not support FM radio, So it is impossible to play FM radio on nexus 5 without using internet.

However there are several applications available on Google play store like:

Or you must switch to some other phone which supports FM, because If a phone's hardware does not support there is no way to play FM offline on it.
