Somewhat keeps change my proxy settings.

Every spell I modification the situation toward "Automatically identify settings", something is changing the situation to "Use a proxy headwaiter for your LAN…"

I require to run several bug and adware scanners and found nothing.

Is there anyone who can help me as I tried many solution but none of them worked.

Use a proxy server for your lan

Motivated Spicy from here paste the URL that you get a hold after you are over and done with running Spicy. That will allow us to look for pardon programs you are running, which may show the offending situation. Another program you can run is a mini tripe box from situation Box Moved make sure all boxes, but List Devices, Users, Minimums and the results.txt file in a post One program you can in addition use to reset network settings is Farbar's Service Scanner. Check all boxes and followed by running the tool. The situation should with a bit of luck clear things. Uncertainty still having issues.
