Weibo decided to release a user-point system intended to regulate the quality of content, will this move also affect the volume of Weibo's content?

User Point System for weibo

 

Sina Weibo is a Chinese micro blogging website. Sina Weibo latest update new user conditions such as points- based system. 

 

New user will start with 80 points, and low score is 60 points. If any user gone under 60 points then Sina Weibo site will be, suspend that account. 

 

New users have to use their real Chinese name to their registration form. It’s a part of overall Chinese internet policy. 

 

If any user reposted false information, 100 times, then the user lead to a penalty of 2 points and if reposted 1000 times, then the user led to a penalty of 10 points. New user will collect points to submit their ID number and adding their mobile numbers to the account information.
