There is a VB.net application deployed in server 2003. It was working fine. We are getting some errors recently when the page was loading. One common error is -2146893039 (0x80090311) error. The site is totally malfunctioning.
I wonder whether this is an IIS/Domain error or an application error.

After adding the following:
// Disable the strict DNS signaling server lookup performed by IUccSiganlingSettings::FindServersendpointContext .AddProperty ((int)UCC_SERVER_ENDPOINT_FLAGS.UCCSEF_DISABLE_STRICT_DNS, (object)Boolean.TrueString).Â
The Kerberos ticket negotiation works as expected.

Most of the posts on the internet are saying the same thing over and over again. And most of the technical or support personnel who received this kind of complaint really can’t explain what seems to be causing the strange error.
They said that this problem is new to them and it’s kind of strange since so many people are having the same issue all of a sudden.
But they come up with a way on how to possibly go around the problem and somehow possibly fix it if it’s really possible.
The first step is to download and install SpeedyPC Pro from SpeedyPC Pro. This piece of software is dedicated on repairing Windows.
This program fixes errors on ActiveX, OCX / EXE / VXD / DLL / INF, JavaScript and scripting errors, Internet Explorer, slow sluggish behavior, C++, and loads of more errors. And most importantly, it fine-tunes the computer for utmost performance. Just run the application after installing it then click Fix All after the software has finished scanning the entire system.
