Regarding to your question, about how vb virustotal code can handle viruses in system files. Because it is a virus therefore it’s a damage, a potential damage could be. My answer to your question is “it depends to your program on how tough it is”. But if your program has a bunch of viruses then the best thing to do is reformat it and make a new one.
