Version compatibility error I got when I add customer

Hi

This feature is not enabled or not available in this version of QuickBooks.

Am getting the above error when  i trying to add new customer to QuickBook

So please help me

Version compatibility error I got when I add customer

Hello Nikheel.patil,

I will suggest for you the following two solutions to help you solve the problem:

The first solution is to updates the adobe reader or the acrobat reader that you are using, just use the following procedure:

Open the adobe reader or the acrobat reader, and then choose Help. Click on check for updates as shown in the diagram below:

The computer will check for the update on the internet and then install it.

If the problem still persists, try the following solution, which lets you change the browser preference:

• Naviagate to the windows menu and then click Start.
• Next go to all programs and then click on adobe reader, whichever version that you are using.
• In the next window you will click on Edit  and then Preferences as shown in the image below;

• Under categories select Internet.

• Then you will need to  clear the Display PDF in Browser by unchecking the box.

• Click Ok
