Very low performance of virtual USB device?Help

Hi guys, I want to emulate a USB flash drive using a Linux USB facility like virtual USB.Everything is fine with it except the low performance and speed.Though I used Linux machine as a USB facility still its low on speed.What should I do to increase or boost its performance any help and suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks in advance

Very low performance of virtual USB device?Help

Hello

Here can be some reason very low performance of virtual USB device.

 

1. In the system may be not enough memory or CPU time. If you are running multiple application in the system then virtual machine performance will slows because there is not enough memory in system. For that you should use activity monitor for viewing which application consuming more memory and if it's not using then quit them.

 

2. Please check that virtual machine has enough memory or not. By default it takes enough memory for guest operating system. If you are running memory consuming application then you should increase the memory. You can increase memory by click on general of the virtual machine configuration.

 

3. Never install more than one antivirus in virtual machine. It can slow your system.
