Very Slow Speed Computer Problem

Hi Guyz,

The computer speed is very slow that it takes period of time to start the system. If I open a page in the Internet, the antivirus and anti-spyware runs automatically and reboots my hard disk. What action should I take to resolve this?

Hi Jason,

 

Normally the computer runs antivirus after rebooting especially windows. If you have a slow computer then it will really take time to load this program especially startups. When regards to automatically reboots, you have a fake or bogus security in your system that needs to be fixed. Maybe it's just a freeware antivirus that causes this kind of errors. Genuine anti virus doesn't have this kind or errors and if there are some, it just minimal you just updated it and it will resolves. Lastly, run the anti virus so that you can see the errors if find one then delete or heal of the files is important to you. Make sure it completely scan.

Very Slow Speed Computer Problem

The antivirus and the antispyware programs that you have installed are the ones responsible for slowing down your system if you are saying that they are restarting the system automatically. Try the following to fix the problem:

• Uninstall the antivirus and antispyware programs that you have installed.
• Get a registry cleaning application and to be specific ccleaner, and then clean all the files that might remain and they are related to the antivirus and the antispyware.
• Once you have done that, get another antivirus application that is not the one you have and install it. If the problem was with that particular antivirus that you removed then your problem should be solved.
