Video audio output problem with Smartphone

Hi there,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 which is playing audio files perfectly through the phone's loud speaker, but it has no audio output through the same speaker when playing video files, everything is okay through the headphones, what could be causing this problem? How can I solve it?

Try to update Video Player u are using. You should try MxPlayer.

Video audio output problem with Smartphone

You did not mention which media player you are using. Meantime, try the following solutions:

1. Try using another media player to see if its an issue with the player or your Galaxy S4 or the file itself.

2. Play another video file to check if it's an issue with your file.

3. Try to convert your video file to .MP4.

4. Enable the S/W audio from the setting or change from H/W to S/W.

5. Use another speaker to check if there is an issue with your speaker.
