You can try downloading Skyfire 2.0 for iPhone and Android phones. Usually, phones with S60 can play videos from browsers, they will just open your video player and play it there. But if you want to play the video within your browser, it may require some softwares like 

1. Photon Browser

4. and Skyfire VideoQ

Please do note that some of them have payments before you can use them. Personally I have the Photon browser and it is very user-friendly.
