Hello,

I have just installed a game in my system and the following error appeared on the screen. I have tried to update my Direct X but the problem still remains. I am also running anti-virus but can’t resolve this issue. I need some suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Hi!

Here I provide you step by step solution to fix your problem:

1. First of all, you must turn off your anti-virus, firewall or even Registry Cleaners because these softwares become a barrier between you and updated Direct X.

2. Please pull out Capture Device. Remove it to other place.

3. Press Accept.

4. Choose Repair.

5. Turn on anti-virus, firewall or even Registry Cleaners.

6. Reboot the computer.

7. Start the program.

8. Update it.
