I use windows 7 I don't have any antivirus install on my computer. I tried to Install Virgin Media Security but I got this error message: Runtime error at (17:32): Internal error: Unknown constant. So please anyone tell me what is the problem and how to fix.

There are a lot of us encountering this problem: see thread headed "Virgin Media Security Tool crashes and closes"
Uninstall / reinstall the program. I hope Virgin techies can sort this out soon or we'll all be looking at other options – very, very frustrating..

Solution 1:
Have you made sure that you operating system is updated. Then update t first if it is not updated, sometimes windows 7 operating systems doesn't just allow you to install many software once the operating system is updated. Example of this is Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Solution 2:
Contact the support team of the Virgin Media Security. Go their official website and then look for the contact us or support team of the software. I think this is the best solution if the said above is not working. And also look for the latest version of the software compatible for your operating system.
