Virtual DJ errors when loading a video file

Hello experts!

First up, here's my Windows machine spec:  Win7 32bit OS with 4GB RAM and Pentium Dual Core (2.66GHz CPU).

My problem is about Virtual DJ 7. 

I am frequently seeing a warning on the screen every time I load a video file.

Error:

VirtualDJ       
       
Decompressing this file in memory would require 516Mb of contiguous       
memory.       
Your system has only a total of 864Mb available free segments (out of        
the 2047Mb), and they are too fragmented to hold a contiguous buffer.       
       
Therefore, the song will be loaded on-the-fly from the drive (and the       
full waveform preview will not be available).

Even big or small vob/mpeg file causes this error.  If I close down the application, the process goes smoothly.  If I don't use Waveform, it loads file and plays it properly.  However, it doesn’t cause any effect on dancers part. 

What can I do to repair/update the application? 

Can anyone help me?

Virtual DJ errors when loading a video file

It could be that you have faulty drivers for your video card. A faulty video card driver incorrectly reports more memory that what is actually present in your system. That's why even if you open big or small files, you are getting that error. Try and install the latest drivers for your video card. You can get this from the video card manufacturer's website. If that doesn't resolve the problem, use the Virtual Dj's registry tool to adjust the maximum virtual memory that can be used by the application. Try to set it to 128 as a more suitable setting. Virtual DJ errors when loading a video file

Hello,

I think your program has been corrupted and showing more memory usage. Your virtual memory maybe too low but i dont think so. The best way is to repair the program or upgrade it. If you are not able to do it then reinstall the program. Here's the link for downloading Virtual DJ 7 setup.
