Virtual earth 3D installation error

We are a team of online workers and we have an online application that required Vitrual Earth service so we integrated it into the app. So we could see aerial satellite images but when I try to click on the 3D button on the interface the error image below is displayed. Anyone help to resolve this problem.

Virtual earth 3D installation error

Virtual earth 3D setup program that requires downloading and installation of pre-requisites without which this program cannot work, and correct MSI for your OS (32bit or 64bit). The pre-requisites are .Net framework 2.0 and windows imaging componenets that need to be installed before MSI control.

If the error appears during setup program, then pre-requisites have to be re-installed. If the error appears while running the setup, then your MSI is not properly installed.
