Virus has just infected my computer monitor into a blank screen

Hello, a dangerous virus has just infected my computer. It has totally shut off my monitor into a blank screen. More so, I cannot turn off my computer. How do I handle such situation? Is there any software that can solve this issue? I would appreciate any suggestions, thanks.

Virus has just infected my computer monitor into a blank screen

 

 

If you cannot even see the screen most probably you might have to install a fresh copy of your OS. If you are using Windows 7 try below options first.

1. Insert a Windows 7 disk into your CD/DVD drive and boot the computer from CD.
2. When you will ask the question to install a fresh copy or repair, select repair from the list
3. Two options will be available. One is to repair from restore point and other one is to restore a back up.
4. If you have a backup you can easily restore the system backup image.
5. Otherwise check whether any restore points available. If so select the most recent restore point and restore the computer.

If above options didn’t work I think you would better format your system drive and install a fresh copy of your OS.
