I have a Windows 7, Mac and Ubuntu operating systems on my computer. I always get problems with the Windows 7 operating system because it keeps catching viruses.
The thing is Mac and the Ubuntu have never given me any problems concerning viruses. Please why is that so?
VIRUS PROBLEMS WITH WINDOWS, MAC AND UBUNTU
Hi Rolex,
The reason behind this is, almost all viruses that are being made, target only the Windows Operating System (XP, Vista, Win 7). Windows are targeted by intruders that create viruses because users of the Windows Operating System make up 80% to 90% of the total number of computer users worldwide. In this day and age everything from banking to a person's Identity can be found online or on computers.
So intruders create viruses to either steal information or to just create havoc among other people. But do not think that Mac or Linux operating systems are safe as they can be targeted by viruses also. It is just that no cyberpunk bothers in making viruses for those platforms due to the limited number of users that make use of those Operating systems.
