Want to get free offline testing email server

 

For testing purpose you can use Alt-N MDaemon Server free edition. It is very easy to configure email server. You can test it on the "Local Area Network" without any hosting services. Just configure it on local IP and you are done. It does not have any integration with Active directory.

So you do not need to configure active directory for it. Only 512 MB of Ram is required to install. The freeware version has 5 user license. You can check your emails via world client or any windows email client.
