Which type of graphic card is supported in VMware vSphere 5.1? Is there any improvement on 3D graphic? What is that?

How will be performed improved virtualization of the CPU? Is there Reclaim Storage Space from deleted files? Can you show what the new VMware vSphere 5.1 features are?

HI!

 

The supporting graphic cards of VMware vSphere 5.1 are NVIDIA Quadro 4000/5000/6000 and NVIDIA Tesla M2070Q. Also its empowers hardware based graphics acceleration for 3D workloads with the new VMware Horizon View virtual 5.2 and vSphere virtual machines.

 

Further it enables VMware's vSGA with its shared GPU capabilities.

 

The improved virtualization of the CPU includes adding, changing or configuring the CPU resources. The VMware vSphere 5.1 features in reclaiming storage space from deleted files as well, including the memory spared from file deletions, temporary files, and so on.
