There are various excel array formula examples which can be used to determine various kinds of quantities in different worksheets. While you are a beginner, the best example for you to learn the use of array formula is what I am going to quote down –

USING THE ARRAY COMMAND TO KNOW THE COUNTS AND SIZES OF CELLS

In this kind of example, we are going to use an array formula to learn how to calculate the size of cells if we are two rows of different sizes. Here, we are going to compare the sizes if both the rows and calculate the amount by which one row is greater from the other.
Suppose we have to rows as A and B. If A is greater than B than by how much quantity A is greater.

By applying a simple formula, we can calculate this problem by =SUM((B2:B10>=A2:A10) * (B2:B10>0))
