Hey! You can purchase any one of three versions of Office 2010 available at Microsoft’s website.
-Office Professional is for $499
-Home & Business is for $279.95
-Home & Student for $149.95
You can choose one according to your requirement. However, if you are looking for an upgrade price, you need not worry. Microsoft has decided not to offer any upgrade price anymore. Upgrading is now for free.
I think this should help.

If you want to buy Microsoft Office Professional 2010, check first if it is compatible with your computer. Microsoft Office 2010 supports Windows XP Service Pack 3 (32-bit only), Windows Vista Service Pack 1, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 including Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 with MSXML 6.0 (32-bit only), Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-bit only), Windows Server 2008 with or without Service Pack 2, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows Server 2012 both 32-bit and 64-bit.

Microsoft Office 2010 doesn’t support 64-bit Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. It requires 500 MHz or faster processor, 256 MB RAM, 3 GB free hard drive space, and 1024 x 768 screen resolution. 32-bit Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 to 8 are the only supported web browsers. The following are the retail price for Office 2010 which Microsoft announced back in July 2009:
