Warnings about files being in use VM ware 6

I have VM ware 6 in my PC with Windows Vista.

While upgrading VM ware, i am getting warnings about files use.

What need to be done ?

Warnings about files being in use VM ware 6

Hi Holari, I think I can be able to help you in this query and will try to the best of my knowledge. The warnings of files being in use when upgrading the VMware 6 is an indication of either the antivirus is running in the background or other important conflicting programs or either the program is running when you are trying to update and there are important files being used by the program. 

Disable the antivirus first, restart the computer and see whether it will work.

If that doesn't work, you can try and first disable some of the processes in the task manager such as the one for definitions and the cleaner.

Restart your system and it should be good to go.
