There are literally thousands of Joomla! templates all over the internet and it's really impossible to give you that one you are looking for. 

 

For free templates you may want to check http://www.joomla24.com or https://www.siteground.com/joomla-templates.htm .

 

If you are looking for quick, out of the box solution you may want to check commercial templates, as most of those templates have the Quick Start package included. Quick Start packages contain everything, from Joomla! CMS to already configured template and components used on the demo site. After installing Quick Start package you'll need just a few tweaks and you're site will be up and running.
