Ways to correct damaged CD Mac OS X

Hi! I need help here. I accidentally damaged CD Mac OS X installer. Is there a way to recover the files which encounter the damage? Or would it still appear if I make a copy? Urgent help needed. Thanks.

I would never advocate for software piracy but as long as you have the license to use the software, you might want to take the damaged CD  to your vendor alongside with the receipt for replacement or you can as well download the same version from one of their stores online.

Hello Owen

It's not so much worrying problem. If you copy then damage file will not come but you can try to redeem spray in your CD which may help you to run your CD one time.

If it's not working then download one copy from online store. You can find the free license file in web. Just download and install it.
