Ways on how to repair HDD without hard drive repair service?

Hello and good day! I have a very, very big problem on my desktop. Because of electric surge, my desktop turns off and after I have open it and my hard disk drive crashes. Like its corrupted. I would like to repair my hard disk without a Hard Drive repair service from a Technician. So guys, Does anyone of you know any ways of how to repair my HDD? Any help would be nice. Thank you.

Hi,

Your PC cannot boot because of the malfunctioning hard disk, right? I have a suggestion for you on how to repair your hard disk, first download the Hiren`s Boot CD it is a compilation of utility tool that can help you to repair your hard disk, then go burned it to a CD, insert the CD as a first Boot device priority and then choose the part called HDD scan 3.3 this may fix your problem.
