WD Passport 1T Drive Problems

I just purchased a WD Passport and backed up all my photos and files to the drive. The next day when I went to add more files the drive froze my computer. Now I can not access the drive without it causing problems. How can I get the files I have off of the drive if my computer keeps freezing up? Is this a software problem or drive issue?

WD Passport 1T Drive Problems

Hi, Stephen R Gates we have to consider some factors here first we talk on your RAM. You cannot move files to large at one lets say 100 GB or 200 GB it will cause a problem with the CPU and your Unit Will Freeze. There's no problem with your software, but just to make sure try to defraud you drive. and lets end there.
