Hi Experts,
While installing Microsoft Office 2013 on my Windows 8 x 64 I received an error message “We’re sorry, but we can’t verify the signature of the files required to install your Office product” and so on. I tried several ways to solve the issue. But I failed.
Please help me to solve the problem.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
The possible solutions for your problems are:
-
Download Microsoft office 2013 from the official website of Microsoft only. There are other websites that offer to download office 2013 but they are not trusted sources.
-
Make sure you select the x64 setup file that your system supports.
-
After downloading the setup file, install it on your system.
-
When you download office 2013, you will be given a serial number. Make sure that you note down this number and you may also need it in the future if there are any problems.
-
After entering the serial number, activate your product and restart the computer. This is how the new office 2013 will look:
Now the installation will be complete.

You need to open the Microsoft word and in insert tab you need to select the auto text option. There is an option of signature line over there. You can just select that and then you can add the signature over there. That is certainly going to help you definitely. Hope this solves your problem.

It seems there is a problem with your installer. If you are installing Microsoft Office, make sure the installer came from Microsoft or from a reliable source or website because if it has a modified content, you won’t be able to install it because the signatures on the files will be checked during installation.
Even there is only a single file that fails the signature check, setup will still not continue. If you downloaded Microsoft Office from some unknown website, the contents of the installer are probably modified and this will prevent installation. If you purchased Microsoft Office 2013, you can download it again from your Microsoft Office Account.
If you want to download any of the older versions of Microsoft Office like Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft Office 2007, or Microsoft Office for Mac 2011, go to Download Earlier Versions of Office.
