Web site appears blank with new link

Hi, when I try to open a link in a web site I get a blank white window. Like in Hotmail when I get e-cards and try to go to the card it just brings a blank white window up.  This also happens when I try to open something as a print version. Any solution?

Web site appears blank with new link

Whenever you click any url within an e-mail information or even on a Web page, or right-click the url on a Web site and then click on Open in new window , you may encounter a number of the following symptoms:

    * Practically nothing happens.
    * The brand new windowpane might be blank.
    * You could receive a scripting error concept that is similar to the following mistake message:

Internet Explorer might not respond whenever you click on Print or Print Preview in the File menu.

This Behavior May Occur if you install a a customized versionl associated with Internet Explorer that has been created with the Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) version 5.01 Service Pack 1 (SP1), 5.5 SP1, or 6.0.
