Web site performance degraded after upgrading

10 Recently we have upgraded our SQL server from 2000 to 2008. Our web server is also upgraded from 2003 to 2008. The problem is after upgrade our web site’s performance has degraded. What is the reason for this? Is this the SQL server or something else?

Web site performance degraded after upgrading

Dear,

Update normally helps to get better service. It is quite shocking when we get bad output after update. Sometimes update process not done properly. Windows not get proper command regarding update. Configuration of computer not capable to deal with update version. A new windows install may solve your problem.

Web site performance degraded after upgrading

 

Hi there user:

It could be that there’s something wrong when you process your upgrade, technically. Re-do it, and I’m sure you will get the answer to this kind of weird issue. Make sure you do the right procedure, when you upgrade, it means you want to speed-up and improve, not to get degrade.
