While working on my PC I encountered an error “webex setup was unsuccessful error 5” and my system crashes with the active program window. Please help me to get rid of the same.

To resolve this problem of yours follow the steps as told:

Step 1: Undergo the process repairing of all the registries that are associated with the error

Step 2: Perform a malware check of the whole system

Step 3: Clean the junk of the same system

Step 4: Update the device drivers of your system

Step 5: Undo all the recent changes done in your system

Step 6: Uninstall the previously installed program of webex and reinstall a new one

Step 7: Run a file check

Step 8: Completely update your windows and install it
